Natrum Muriaticum 200C: Relieves runny noses with watery discharge and congestion, especially when accompanied by sneezing.

Pulsatilla Pratensis 200C: Eases thick nasal discharge, sinus congestion, and cold symptoms that worsen in warm rooms and improve in fresh air.

Kali Bichromicum 30C: Targets stubborn sinus congestion and thick, stringy mucus, offering relief for sinus-related pressure.

Arsenicum Album 200C: Soothes burning nasal discharge, sneezing, and restlessness often associated with head colds.

Nux Vomica 200C: Helps relieve nasal congestion and irritation, particularly at night or in response to environmental triggers.

Euphrasia Officinalis 30C: Provides relief for watery eyes and nasal discharge, particularly when accompanied by irritation.

Allium Cepa 200C: Eases symptoms of sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose caused by head colds or allergies.

To assist with symptoms of a head cold, add two drops in a 500ml glass bottle of water, bang (succuss) the bottle against your palm to activate and medicate the water.

Sip every 15-20 minutes for the first hour or so, or while symptoms persist.

Once symptoms stop, cease taking.
