The Cough Relief Blend is a homeopathic remedy designed to address a variety of cough types and associated symptoms. Combining the power of carefully selected remedies, it provides holistic support for respiratory health:

Antimonium Tartaricum 200C: Eases wet, rattling coughs with mucus that is difficult to expel, relieving chest congestion and promoting easier breathing.

Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum 200C: Targets deep, hoarse coughs that may worsen at night or with exposure to cold air, supporting recovery from respiratory irritation.

Drosera Rotundifolia 200C: Provides relief for spasmodic, dry coughs, particularly those that occur in fits or are accompanied by throat irritation.

Spongia Tosta 200C: Addresses dry, barking coughs often described as "croupy," soothing the airways and reducing discomfort.

This blend is ideal for managing coughs associated with colds, respiratory infections, or seasonal changes, promoting comfort and aiding the body's natural healing processes.

To assist in alleviating cough symptoms, add two drops in a 500ml glass bottle of water, bang (succuss) the bottle against your palm to activate and medicate the water.

Sip every 15-20 minutes for the first hour or so, or while symptoms persist.

Once symptoms stop, cease taking.
